Do I need my own Sellbrite subscription?
Yes — you pay Sellbrite directly for your subscription. Sellbrite's plans start from around $19/month for basic up to custom enterprise pricing for large catalogues. We help you select the right plan based on your SKU count and order volume, and our fees are entirely separate — we charge only for the setup, management and expertise we provide.
How long does Sellbrite take to set up?
With EcomLinx managing the setup, most accounts are fully live within 5–7 days of our kickoff call. This includes account creation, all channel connections, catalogue import, inventory mapping and order routing configuration. A DIY setup typically takes 4–8 weeks and often results in configuration errors that cause sync problems later.
Which channels does Sellbrite support?
Sellbrite natively supports Amazon (all major marketplaces), eBay (US, UK, DE, AU), Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce. It also supports custom CSV-based channel connections for platforms not natively integrated. We've connected Sellbrite to additional channels like B&Q through custom feed arrangements — contact us if you have a specific channel requirement.
Can Sellbrite handle FBA and FBM orders together?
Yes — Sellbrite supports multiple warehouse locations including Amazon FBA. We configure your account so FBA inventory is tracked separately from your own warehouse stock, and set routing rules to fulfil the right orders from the right location automatically. FBA stock levels update when Amazon reports them, and self-fulfilled orders deduct from your own warehouse count.
What happens if Sellbrite has a sync error?
On our managed plans we monitor your Sellbrite account daily. If a sync error occurs — for example a listing fails to push to a channel, or an order doesn't import correctly — we catch it and fix it before it affects your sales or account health. We also receive Sellbrite system status alerts and notify you proactively if there's a platform-side issue affecting your channels.
Can you migrate us from Linnworks or ChannelAdvisor to Sellbrite?
Yes — we've migrated sellers from Linnworks, ChannelAdvisor, Ecomdash and other multichannel platforms to Sellbrite. We export your existing product data, map it to Sellbrite's format, import it cleanly and reconnect all your channels — running both platforms in parallel during a testing window to ensure continuity. The switch is typically seamless from a seller's perspective.
